Registration Fees
$260 – postmarked or paid online after July 1, 2007
We will email
you a confirmation of receipt of your registration and payment. Fees
will cover registration, welcome reception, city tour
transportation, post-city tour lunch, formal
banquet with entertainment and dance on Saturday evening, dinner/cruise
on the Mississippi River on Sunday evening, and farewell brunch on
Monday morning.
Cancellation Policy
A full refund
of your registration fee will be made if you cancel your
registration prior to July 1, 2007. If you cancel on July 1, 2007 or
later, your registration fee will be refunded less a $50
cancellation fee.
